The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, four rooms, TV, telephone, Dstv and WIFI.
The house is serviced twice a week, washing, ironing, cleaning, etc. (Towels, hairdryer, iron, etc are all provided)
Located in a quiet suburb called Mondeor. It is 10 and 20 min drive to Baragwanath Hospital and Wits University respectively.
The house is secure, walled with a covered car port, and connected to a 24 hour security company. I live next door
The house has four rooms. No sub letting or extra guests are allowed unless arranged in advance. Please bring your own laptops, there is a large lock up safe for the laptops when you are at the hospital. The house is serviced twice a week, washing, ironing, cleaning and cooking if time allowed. The house provides access to a braai/barbecue bonfire and a swimming pool.
Consideration for the lady, the household, the equipment, and other students is expected! The house is secure, walled and connected to a 24 hour security company. I live next door. There is a covered car port. Our public transport is not reliable (the bus route is one block away, a 2 min walk). Car hire is also available.
I charge POA per room per day in advance. A €100.00 deposit is necessary to secure the accommodation. I work on a first to pay the deposit, is first to be booked! This deposit is refundable at the end of your stay, with any additional deductions if necessary (sometimes students forget to buy soap, loose keys etc...)
Private transport available for non-drivers to Baragwanath and return. Gym contract for a month.
